2: Hit your target POINT BLANK in the head
3: Fire and HIT 12 other people
and all of this before anyone dose anything?

People tend to think:"everyones dying!ill run and save myself!"
however a judge did use his body to shield someone and the shooter was stopped when he tried to reload.another problem is that he might get off on plea for insanity because he might of thought it was a lucid dream.
